BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Classes may be booked through the website up to 30 days in advance. Drop-ins may be purchased subject to availability. We strongly recommend booking in advance. All payments are made online.
In the event that there are insufficient reformers to accommodate all bookings, Participants can opt-in to be put on the waitlist. This will operate on a first come first served basis and will automatically add the Participant to the class when a space becomes available. Please note that failure to attend the class after being selected from the waitlist would mean forfeiture of that class credit or a no-show fee charged for unlimited members, including First Timer pass holders.
All payments are made on the Website using the Momence booking system, and classes are booked using class credits or as a Member.
Beginners attending their first class must arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time to familiarise themselves with the reformers. Regulars must arrive no more than five minutes late for class. Late arrivals may be denied entry at the discretion of the trainer.
Please note, if you’re not at the studio at class start time and another student is waiting in the reception area in hopes of a spot, your place will be given to them. Your pass will be credited if you show up later. Our sincere apologies if this happens, but unfortunately, due to the high number of no-shows, it's not practical to leave beds free in the hopes a later student will attend.
CANCELLATIONS
Participants must cancel or reschedule classes no less than 4 hours before the scheduled start time. For our unlimited First Timer - original, Obsessed and Foundation Memberships, late cancels and no-shows incur a flat $15 fee. For First Timer, Regular and Addict Memberships, 10-Pack Holders and Drop-Ins, your class credit will be taken. Credit cards must have sufficient funds to charge otherwise the $15 will be added to your next membership debit for our unlimited Obsessed and Foundation Memberships. For our First Timer - original, your Intro pass will be frozen until the fee is paid.
Memberships can be cancelled with 7 days written notice given via email to hello@hiitpilatesstudio.com. If your renewal payment falls into those 7 days - you will have your usual access to the studio for the fortnight of your payment cycle.
CLASS PASS SUSPENSION
In the event of illness, the expiration date of class packs may be extended upon presenting a medical certificate. Extensions are decided on a case-by-case basis and HIIT Pilates reserves the right to determine the duration of the extension.
