  • Welcome to our STRENGTH CLASS - the ultimate full-body workout that combines weight-focused HIIT and reformer exercises.

    We start out HIIT’ing it up with 15-minute session to get your heart racing and your muscles firing. We partner this with a reformer session focusing on a slower, deeper burn to build strength and endurance throughout your entire body.

    Our skilled trainers will guide you through each exercise, helping you to achieve your strength goals and push past your limits. These dynamic classes are scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. It is by far the most popular class on the schedule!

  • Welcome to Stretch - the ultimate indulgence for your muscles. Making the most of the reformer, this class starts with a 30-minute full-body workout designed to safely warm up your muscles and ensure you get the most out of 20 minutes of luxurious stretching.

    Our expert trainers will guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper form and alignment to maximise your results. And if you're new to the studio, Stretch is the perfect way to get started in the studio! The mix of a full-body workout and stretching makes it perfect for newbies to start and pilates lovers who want the best of both worlds
