Can I join if I’m brand new to Pilates?
Absolutely. Every class is led by our expert trainers who will help you modify, scale or challenge yourself depending on your level. Aim to arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can show you around, walk you through the reformer, and get you set up. You’ll feel confident and supported from day one.

What class to book?
All our classes are beginner-friendly, so you can jump into any session that fits your schedule. If you're new to Pilates or just getting back into movement, we recommend starting with a STRENGTH class. It's a great way to build your foundation and get comfortable with the reformer.

What’s included in the nutrition plan?
It’s a simple, easy-to-follow guide built to help you fuel your workouts, support recovery and feel your best, there if you would like to use it!

Do I have to go every day?
No pressure! When you have your 1:1 we will recommend what fits you best. The goal is consistency, not perfection.

Do I have to commit after 21 days?
Nope! There’s zero lock-in. If you’re loving the vibes, you can continue with one of our memberships or class packs, it’s totally up to you.

When do my 21 days start?
From the first class you book in!

What should I bring to my first class?
You’ll just need a few basics: grip socks (a must for safety — don’t worry, you can grab a pair at the studio), a water bottle, a sweat towel, and comfy fitted activewear so you can move freely.
