HIIT PILATES – SHOW UP. GLOW UP. WINTER CHALLENGE
Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The Promoter is HIIT Pilates Pty Ltd (ABN 35 637 292 187) trading as HIIT Pilates Studio ("HIIT Pilates","we", "our", "us").
1. Competition Period
The Show Up. Glow Up. Winter Challenge ("Challenge") commences at 12:00am AEST on 13 July 2026 and concludes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2026
("Challenge Period").
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to both HIIT Pilates members and non-members aged 18 years and over.
2.2 Participants must purchase a Winter Challenge entry via the official HIIT Pilates booking platform and pay the applicable $49 entry fee.
2.3 Employees, contractors, instructors, franchisees and immediate family members of HIIT Pilates may participate in the Challenge but are not eligible to win prizes.
2.4 Entry is limited to the first 80 participants.
3. Entry Fee & Inclusions
3.1 The Challenge entry fee is $49 AUD.
3.2 Upon purchase, participants will receive:
One (1) entry ticket into the prize draw; and
One (1) exclusive HIIT Pilates Winter Challenge Hoodie.
3.3 Hoodies will be available for collection from participating HIIT Pilates Studio locations from 13 July
2026, subject to stock availability and sizing.
3.4 Entry fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Earning Additional Entries
4.1 Participants will receive one (1) additional entry ticket for every eligible class attended during the
Challenge Period.
4.2 Eligible classes include any booked and attended class at:
HIIT Pilates Rosebery
HIIT Pilates Waterloo
HIIT Pilates St Leonards
HIIT Pilates Surry Hills
4.3 Classes may be attended using: Active memberships; Class packs; Casual/drop-in purchases; or ClassPass bookings.
4.4 A ticket will only be awarded for classes that are attended and completed.
4.5 Late cancellations, no-shows, waitlisted classes not attended, complimentary classes, staff classes, workshops, events and private sessions are not eligible unless otherwise advised by HIIT Pilates.
4.6 There is no limit to the number of tickets a participant may earn during the Challenge Period.
5. Prize Draw
5.1 This promotion is a game of chance.
5.2 Winners will be selected via a random raffle draw.
5.3 The more tickets a participant accumulates, the greater their chance of winning; however, winning is
not guaranteed.
5.4 The draw will take place on 1 September 2026 at HIIT Pilates Headquarters.
5.5 Winners will be contacted via the contact details held in their HIIT Pilates account.
5.6 Winners may also be announced via HIIT Pilates social media channels and other marketing communications on or around 3 September 2026.
6. Prizes
First Prize
One (1) place on the 2027 HIIT Pilates Phuket Retreat valued at approximately $2,500 AUD, including:
Return economy flights from Sydney to Phuket;
Return airport transfers;
Five (5) nights accommodation;
Retreat meals as included in the retreat itinerary;
Daily HIIT Pilates workouts and activities;
One (1) massage.
The first prize:
May be transferred to a friend, partner or family member nominated by the winner; Is not redeemable for cash;
Is subject to retreat availability, retreat terms and conditions, and travel provider requirements;
Does not include travel insurance, spending money, passport costs, visas, additional excursions, airport
transfers outside those included in the retreat package, or any other personal expenses.
Second Prize
One (1) PeakMe Red Light Panel and Beauty Care Products Package valued at approximately $1,500 AUD.
Prize inclusions are subject to supplier availability. HIIT Pilates reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
Third Prize
One (1) month of HIIT Pilates Obsessed Membership valued at approximately $300 AUD.
For existing members:
Current memberships may be placed on hold for one month to enable redemption of the prize.
Membership payments will recommence following the prize period.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. General Conditions
7.1 Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.2 If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond HIIT Pilates' control, HIIT Pilates reserves the right
to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
7.3 HIIT Pilates accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues, booking system errors, participant error, or circumstances beyond its control.
7.4 By entering the Challenge, participants consent to HIIT Pilates using their first name, image and/or
likeness in promotional material relating to the Challenge without additional compensation.
7.5 Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are current and accurate.
7.6 HIIT Pilates reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant who
tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
7.7 HIIT Pilates reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Challenge where reasonably
necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable laws.
7.8 Participation in the Challenge constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
